OTR NON-CDL Box Truck Driver

Job Description:
All Saints Logistics LLC is seeking experienced and dependable Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers for over-the-road (OTR) operations. Join a team committed to professionalism, safety, and delivering excellence across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a non-CDL box truck to deliver freight across designated routes.

* Safely load, transport, and unload cargo.

* Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

* Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.

* Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

* Driver with dispatching experience preferred

Compensation:
• Earn 20% of weekly revenue generated by the truck.

Employment Details:
• 1099 Independent Contractor position.
• 90-day probationary period to assess performance.

Requirements:
* 2 years of driving experience. (24-26” box truck experience preferred).

* DOT Medical card

* Valid driver’s license.

* Clean driving record/ MVR.

* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

* Strong communication and time management skills.

* Willingness to stay on the road for extended periods. (2 weeks minimum)
