Non CDL Box Truck Drivers Wanted $20/hr. average

Join Our Team as a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver!
We are seeking dependable, safety-minded drivers to deliver boxes across the NYC Metro Area (all 5 boroughs and surrounding areas). This role is physically demanding, customer-focused, and critical to our operations.

Location: Bronx, NY
Pay: $20/hr average pay (Non-CDL)
Day Shift: 05:00 to completion
​PM Shift: 14:00 to completion
Schedule: 05:00 to completion OR 14:00 to completion – includes weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a van or small box truck
- Use a hand truck to load/unload and deliver orders
- Ensure timely deliveries to scheduled destinations
- Provide courteous, professional customer service
- Work in cold environments (refrigerated and frozen conditions)
- Maintain communication with dispatch via smartphone

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of recent commercial driving experience (van or box truck)
- Valid NY, NJ, or CT driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Clean driving record:
- No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- No more than 1 accident in 3 years
- No suspensions in the past year
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Must be comfortable using a smartphone for directions and communication
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in cold, wet environments
- Must be able to walk/stand for 6–10 hours, including stairs
