C.H. Robinson has announced new AI capabilities that allow it to provide price offers for LTL transportation within a few seconds. The technology also helps to find available cargo capacities and set up appointments for pick-up and delivery of goods. 

These functions have become part of the C.H. Robinson digital platform, launched last year to automate the full cycle of cargo transportation. The platform now covers all key stages, including accurate pricing and route planning for LTL.

AI also improves transit cargo management by providing customers with real-time status updates through a digital interface. This complements the capabilities previously introduced for full cargo (FTL), now extending to LTL transportation.
