A new Microsoft study has shown that truck drivers are among the professions least affected by artificial intelligence.

An analysis of 200,000 anonymous conversations with Bing Copilot revealed that "industrial truck and tractor operators" rarely turn to AI to perform their tasks, unlike professions related to intellectual work and communication.

The logistics industry is facing a shortage of qualified personnel, but AI is not yet able to solve this problem, as its use is limited to optimizing routes and fuel.

The study highlights that physical labor, including truck driving, remains less vulnerable to automation compared to professions like translators or sales representatives.

Truck drivers, along with tire installers and concrete workers, remain among the professions where AI does not yet play a key role.
